FATAL 15

Fatal 15: 2008-2010 by Percent Fatalities with a Driver BAC of 0.08+

"Each year the National Highway Transportation Administration produces a report on the number of fatal crashes that have occurred in each state when at least one driver was under the influence of alcohol (.08 or higher). END ranks this data to highlight the Fatal Fifteen – those states who have the deadliest number of fatal car crashes each year due to drunk driving."

END has called on governors and other leaders in the Fatal Fifteen states to create, or refocus, task forces dedicated to exploring innovative strategies that address impaired, distracted, and other dangerous driving.
